The Powerpoint President has done some rebranding with his civil-liberties infringing domestic spying program...which he's now dubbed the "terrorist surveillance program." How many votes will that get the GOP congress? How many GOP'ers will compromise their beliefs in personal freedom (except for gun-freedom) and hop on board the national security express?
